The fitness industry seems to be rife with secrets. Or so called secrets, at least! The secret Muay Thai core workout, the secret superfoods that pros eat, the secret fat loss regime – we could go on.
Slowly, though, it seems that people are waking up to the real secret. The real secret is a rather disappointing, but liberating, one. There isn’t a secret at all.
It’s all about consistency, staying focused on small goals that aren’t too far out of reach and that feed into the bigger picture. A balanced approach can help you reach levels of fitness that you thought well out of reach.
How To Attain Epic Levels of Fitness
It’s easy to say that you need to be consistent and focused on goals, but how do you do that? Well, there are a few methods that you can use. You could use your own finely-honed willpower to force yourself to stay on track. You could join a boxing community or get boxing personal training in Singapore.
A boxing community will help to keep you on track by providing some level of accountability. Your companions in the gym will share their successes and celebrate yours. If you aren’t turning up to workouts, they’ll notice and wonder where you are. How could you let your friends down?
They’ll even share their favourite (non-secret) Muay Thai core workout with you!
Or, what we like to call VANDA’s Personal Mentors. Our boxing personal training in Singapore is carried out by our own personal mentors. It’s included within your membership price, so you don’t have to pay extra.
They’ll be able to keep you on track, provide guidance and accountability. It’s an overlooked part of fitness – having a coach to guide you through your mental battles.
How many times have you changed your routine after a week or two? A coach will help to keep you consistent and on track. It’s a key part of our boxing community – keeping each other accountable and supporting each other.
We know that we wouldn’t be able to achieve our peak fitness without the support of others. That’s why we don’t ask our members to do it either.
